Dubai dome dominates do for Mercedes!..

 

Always keen to impress, Mercedes Benz wanted an eye-catching yet functional building as the focal point for a series of road-show exhibitions they were staging for customers throughout the middle east. Imagine Inflatables rose to the challenge and created an igloo type structure - mainly based upon a 60 ft (18m) diameter inflatable building.



Compared to traditional structures using clad metal frames, once the fabric was laid out and fans attached - the inflation time was just a few minutes! So a very impressive centrepiece was soon ready and after one event it can easily be transported ready for the next exhibition. In addition to the main entrance tunnel additional wide doors were incorporated to enable demonstration cars to enter the air-conditioned 'tent', collect customers and take them out on a trip around the test track - including a steep bridge back over the tunnel!!.. With the inaugural event in Dubai, Imagine Inflatables made their mark in the desert sands!!...
