Inspired by images from early NASA space missions, specialiast globe provider 'Vivifeye' have been producing spheres printed as earth or other planets for many years. To add to their offering they approached Imagine Inflatables to create 'the next generation' - an illuminated earth globe!
Using latest satellite images together with state-of-the-art digital printing, Imagine had soon got to grips with this 'out of the world' project! This included devising a suitable lighting rig to suspend within the inflated sphere complete with a high wattage bulb. This ensures the illuminated effect is apparent even in bright daylight, but with the obvious consequence of heat to deal with!! However the result is spectacular, complete with partial cloud cover,.. you could say it is truly 'out of this world'!!...
