This is a repeat design for an established automotive Swedish client. A 3.7m long PVC version of the upper part of the VW Golf car is tied to a heavy duty 0.90mm PVC tarpaulin “rib”, which acts as a protective sledge so that the car can be towed behind a moving vehicle, thereby becoming an effective moving “target” in collision testing. The rib is covered by a nylon “skirt” to create the full visual effect of a VW Golf.
