Barcode Festival is a major event for the grocery industry. There are over 75 sponsor activations allowing companies to showcase their products and network with industry colleagues. This is our first time at the event, at Greenwich in London, and we have created a branded Wipeout game for Mentos who is launching 2 new sweet flavours with a tropical theme. The Wipeout game is an energetic competitive game whereby you have to jump over or crouch under a rotating arm. Not for the faint hearted! It works via a central control mechanism and console. We also created a branded shelter big enough to cover the 6m diameter game; another opportunity to show off the new branding. Our team installed, supervised at the whole day event and derigged, allowing the client’s brand ambassadors to “big up” the new look packaging.
