On 15th November the world population will (apparently) hit 8 billion. Population Matters is a campaign group that has campaigned for population control as part of a wider push to sustainability and protection of the environment. We have flown Big Baby at Parliament Square in London, at Cop26 in Glasgow and now Bute Park in Cardiff.
