Our client provides maintenance to the national rail network, removing graffiti from trains or providing a full paint spray service. They wanted a mobile paint spray booth which would allow them to go to the train, rather than bringing the train to them. Spraying can be a messy business and it is vital that spray is contained, thereby avoiding “blowback” damage to nearby buildings, cars or the rest of the train!
Our solution is an inflatable tarpaulin shelter which can be quickly velcro’ed to the train and the platform. An air filtration tube extracts fumes to an extraction unit outside the booth. The doors each end are removable.
