Finishing arch for swimming events - with "tag" banner

For the first time we have made a water arch with a FINISH banner attached so that swimmers can “tag” the banner as they go over the finish line.

This style of arch can also be used on land so you could have a FINISH banner higher up under the crossbar for running races.
