We continue to get more and more interest from the automotive industry for our inflatable cars, used as stationary or moving test targets for LIDAR, SONAR and RADAR sensor testing. This month we have 2 new export clients requiring the moving car target : the top part of a car attached to a really strong inflatable “sledge”, with a “skirt” wrapped around to cover it. The whole inflatable can then be pulled along either on a trolley or direct on the ground. Mobis Hyundai USA had our existing design for the VW Golf 2017 model, whilst Mitsubishi Australia asked us to modify the design for their new SUV, the Eclipse Cross. It even has a sunroof!
