The Nottingham Building Society wanted to recreate their mascot Robin Hood as an inflatable, to be placed inside and outside their branch in the centre of Nottingham to draw people in. The 2m tall character was a sealed unit i.e inflated then sealed shut, thereby averting noise from a fan and also allowing for it to be easily portable by branch staff. With his bow and quiver of arrows, this was an intricate and complex design which required attention to small details.
